The mini-brochure describes the improvements we would like to make to the OBS for the benefit of the users of the building. The list was drawn up over several years following feedback from users, and the self-evident need to improve the toilet and kitchen facilities at an estimated cost of £60,000 at 2020 prices.
The Optional Work could be done as separate smaller projects when money or sponsorship was found.
A fundraising campaign is yet to start, so any major works are many years into the future.
