Monday 6.00-7.15pm.

Kate brings a unique perspective to those who seek more from yoga than a series of exercises. Students will be encouraged to move mindfully  through postures,  meditation and breath work (pranayama), Classes will be a dynamic vinyasa flow with a theme drawn from the theory of yoga. These 75 minute classes will end with a few minutes of yoga nidra (yogic sleep) which restore and heal. 
 Kate is a firm but compassionate teacher and students will feel worked and fully stretched after the class. The session is for those who have a regular practice. Classes are inspired by Ashtanga and Forrest yoga combining strength, flexibility and caring for more vulnerable areas of the body. 
Expect to shift out of autopilot mode, be present, learn and explore both mind and body in a class with Kate. Laughter and fun are a by – product.
